06.30 a .m : Morning trekking. The guide is my brother Sonay, a bit crazy. Following the paths out of the village, he leads you through two different neighbor villages. Keep in mind that if we are in the right season, you can pick up figs and grapes from the trees J .
09.00 a .m: Preparing a traditional breakfast (surki, green olive salad, imdehni, organic chicken eggs, tea, etc.) with my mum and big sister and having it in the garden with family members.
11.00 a . m: Reading hour (newspapers) with bitter coffee and Arabic music in the background.
12.30 a .m: Learning Arabic hour. You will learn some basic Arabic words and expressions. Nephew, Ferhat (12) and niece, Alev (16) are the teachers. J
13.00 p.m: Lunch at my brother's place, Has Kebab. As an alternative Esmer's place where you can have Tavayii cooked in the wooden oven. Esmer's garden is gorgeous place for having lunch and maybe picking up some tomatoes and pepper.
14:30 p.m: Visiting historical sites in Antakya(Saint Pierre church, catholic and orthodox churches, habib-i Neccar mosque, ancient narrow streets, suk el tavil(uzun carsi), museum(famous for mosaics-2 nd in the world) or visiting sites in Samandağ (Sveydiyye) where you can see Titus vespenianius, rock tombs and walk along the very long beach.
19:00 p.m: Dinner in Harbiye where you have your meals at a table placed in the water of the waterfall. You can have zahter salad, kibbi neyy, hummus, felafel, bi annuc, tarator, sish kebab etc. At the end, you can eat the delicious dessert, Kunnefe.
21:30 p.m: Music (with Davut and his Bağlama-traditional music instrument-) in the garden of Beytuturab . You can listen Arabic and Turkish songs.
We don't know what comes next. You go to sleep when fun is over.
